About me
Tami Haaland is the author of four poetry collections, most recently If I Had Said Beauty (Lost Horse Press, 2025, and a limited-edition chapbook, Bright Flower (Bear Scratch Press, 2025). Her poems have appeared in Fugue, Cutthroat, The American Journal of Poetry, december, The Ecopoetry Anthology, Cascadia, and many other journals and anthologies. They have also been featured on The Writer’s Almanac, Verse Daily, American Life in Poetry, and The Slowdown. Haaland is a former Montana Poet Laureate, a recipient of the Montana Governor’s Humanities Award and Montana Artist Innovation Award.
